Message from the President
Toastmasters International said, with Toastmasters, you can break barriers.
Undeniably, despite the Covid-19 pandemic that shakes the world on a massive scale
and heaved with snags, we are still enthusiastic and passionate about elevating and
inspiring ourselves and other Toastmaster members in the field of public speaking and
leadership.
In Smedley Toastmasters, we gaze at every potentials and possibility to encourage,
elevate, and engender growth or development in our member’s soul and personality.
Not only that, but we also make sure that every member learns and enjoys a fun and
welcoming environment. We always endeavor to deliver meetings with value and worth.
We continuously strengthen a platform to offer and yield the same opportunity to all our
members. We recognize each member’s gems and support them unfold in their
communication and leadership skills. We as well keep track of their self-actualization
and participation and try to find out feet to achieve members’ requirements.
We also invariably uphold the core values of Toastmasters International – Integrity,
Respect, Service, and Excellence, to the best of our ability. We believe that these are
important values that we should integrate as anchor points in our club.
Now, I welcome you all to Smedley Toastmasters Club. I assure you that you will have
a whale of a time with us on a par with learning and personal growth.
